We have 2 chestnut trees that overhang our roof and driveway. Every few minutes we hear a plink plonk as a chestnut hits our roof and rolls off into our driveway. Up until now I had no idea what a chestnut was. Now we have thousands all over the place. Liz and Noelle love to collect them and we have gathered three containers full and have at least three times that amount outside.
