We continued the tradition of dip netting on the mouth of the Kenai River this year. Like always, there was quite a turn out of family, friends, and fish. The great grandmas were on baby duty, Levi and Austin were the fish concussion specialists, Leo was beach supervisor, and Lynne and Katie were beach support staff. The rest of us were clad in various forms of neoprene tip toeing through the water holding out long poles and hoping some unsuspecting fish might swim along into our net. We fished Tuesday and Wednesday and by afternoon on Wednesday had caught "way too many fish" according to mom. These pictures were taken by Leo.
